When you place an order with us, you will receive a confirmation email. When the package has been scanned in the distribution center, you will receive an email. From then on the Track & Trace code will work.
If you want to add something to your order, it is best to contact our customer service. If your ordered item has already been shipped, it is unfortunately no longer possible to add the item to the same order.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel your order because we strive to ship the orders the same day. If you have placed a pre-order, this is possible. Please contact our customer service for this.
